Grenada, MS (May 31, 2017) -- Construction is underway in Grenada’s Business & Technology Park North as new water and sewer pipe is laid to serve the 250-acre newly developed acres of the industrial park.

Part of a comprehensive development plan, the project is a joint venture among Grenada County, TVA, MDA, and the U.S. Economic Development Administration. The water and sewer installation is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

Grenada, Miss. (December 12, 2016) –The Grenada EDD Operation Jumpstart Program graduated its 7th generation of entrepreneurs on November 29th at the Corey Forum at Holmes Community College. Eleven people graduated from the six-week entrepreneurship program and many of them indicated they are working hard to open their small businesses in the near future. The graduates are contemplating starting businesses in sectors that include transportation, retail, movie production, and services, among others.
